Had an amazing time kayaking on the Ottawa River twice in a week. First time I went, the staff was extremely organized and attentive. They explained everything clearly when I called in advance and when we arrived. The second time I went, I invited more of friends because I had to bring them so they could have the full experience.
I would recommend paying for the first hour first and coming back when you had enough because its $15 for an additional hours. However, if you plan on kayaking for 2 or 3 hours then it would cost the same for the first hour which is $28.
There arent any lockers on site so pack light or you can rent a dry bag, its bare cheap. If you come as a group then only one person needs to bring a photo ID physical or a picture of it. I took a picture of it so I wouldn't need to bring my wallet.
There are some energy drinks you can purchase on the site. Gatorade and water and maybe another brand.
Highly recommend! You wont regret it
